Hello! My name is Brian Hoffman, and I’d like to make your practice more successful. Throughout my career I have been a solo practitioner, part-time practitioner, practiced with a small firm, and managed a pro bono project representing thousands of detained asylum seekers. I am admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and before multiple federal courts and agencies, and am certified as a court interpreter in the Spanish language by the Supreme Court of Ohio. I have successfully litigated at the state criminal appellate level, before Immigration Courts in multiple states, and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
I know that every practice presents its own special challenges, and my goal is to help you meet yours. As a lawyer who has worked with thousands of clients over the years, I know that your time is your most precious resource. I also know that any time you spend writing briefs, motions, applications, and appeals is time you’re not spending meeting with clients or litigating in court, and could mean lost revenue for you.
Let me help you maximize your earning potential by doing the legal writing that takes up time you could spend on other tasks that require your in-person time and attention. Why struggle to get your word processing software to number your exhibit pages correctly, or create a lengthy index of authorities, or scour practice manuals looking for local citation rules, when you could be spending that time generating new business and meeting with your clients?
Whether it’s a waiver application, appellate brief, bond motion, trial memorandum, or any other type of legal writing project, I endeavor to make your life easier by taking care of the research, writing, and formatting, leaving you to focus on your clients and your practice.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you!
